Are you actually in DKA? Do you gave a high level of ketones accompanied by high blood glucose?

If you do, don't mess around and go straight to A&E, the condition can kill. There is nothing natural about chest pains and DKA for a T1D.

I see your post is over 9hrs old now - how are you doing?

Chest pains aren't natural for Type 1s. You need some medical advice.
