can someone please advise me im a type 1 diebetic and have a few dka now i feel rough and keep getting pains in my chest dont really wanna go up a&e if it nothing to worry about anybody know if it sort of pain it coud be or is it nataul for type 1

Are you actually in DKA? Do you gave a high level of ketones accompanied by high blood glucose?

If you do, don't mess around and go straight to A&E, the condition can kill. There is nothing natural about chest pains and DKA for a T1D.

Chest pains aren't natural for Type 1s. You need some medical advice.
