Diagnosed with Type 2 back in May. FBG was 6.9 and HbA1c was 53. Diet only advised and have lost 2 stone and down to 14.11. Had my HbA1c level checked beginning of August and over the moon as it had dropped to 41.

Just watching the carbs and calories so hopefully will get down a healthy BMI of 12.10 in time.

Am currently going to the Expert diet course which I have found very interesting and full of information. Would recommend this unreservedly.
