So I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in march 2019 at that time my HbA1c was 65 mmol/mol and my Albumin/creatinine ratio was 3.9mg/mmol, I had my last diabetic review 6th november 2019 and my Albumin/creatinine ratio was 3.2 mg/mmol and my HbA1c was 53 mmol/mol, Should I be worried by my Albumin/creatinine ratio, doctor said to retest in 3 months my eGFR was normal at 90 mL/min/1.73m*2

Hi Sean! Since you've not yet had any other responses, I'll offer my, non-medical, opinion.
Your ACR is slightly above the <3.0 recommended base line, but is trending in the right direction. So, if I was in your situation, I'd relax and wait and see what the next test shows and what your GP suggests.
