The 1 thing I would say is that the morning after a brewery AGM (!) I was feeling a little pokey shall we say. I had a sausage nap on brown bread and then mowed the lawn which was incredibly overgrown and tough to do. 40 mins after (my usual spike) I was at 5.3. Also, I've plate 5's at lunchtime and seen my levels becoming normal ish. I think exercise seems to work to some degree.

Any other tips? "DON'T DRINK" IS NOT A TIP

I have a question
My grandfather has diabetes. Is it normal if he sometimes on holidays drink some shots of vodka?
Please note that he has already had two strokes.
