Hi,

Heading out for my Christmas dinner on Saturday with work ones. I do like a wee drink here and there but always find my sugars are all over the place. (Mostly high)

What's the best type of alcoholic drinks to drink?

I personally drink spirits with diet fizzy, they dont seem to affect my BS.
