Alien in my arm

I'm just guessing at the moment. Last night while trying to sleep, I could feel something kinda sharp protruding from my arm. It was next to my sensor so I'm thinking a previous area. I squeezed and picked until something came out. Looks like dead skin. Anyone ever experienced this?

Hi Possibly a bit of sensor adhesive or residue left attached from the previous Libre??

That's what I thought. Got quite a hole in my arm now though lol
