The places we have gone to have done such a wide range of foods that it would be easy to select lchf friendly foods. If that is what you need?advice needed as im going away for a hen weekend in Ibiza end of april, last year i just enjoyed myself, this year i need to take your advice on whats ok and what to avoid...thanks in advance...oh drink too..i dont want to not enjoy myself but want to sensible..
Yes. You ought to find they serve up such a wide range of foods that you can find what you need. I couldn’t guarantee it, but my experience is that it would be the case, being 4 star and assuming it’s buffet style....sorry type 2 on met 2×500 am and pm and glic1×80 am and pm....

In that case I'd say practice the drinking so you'll know what to expect and test a lottbh i think its going to be drinks...i haven't touched anything since march...i like my gin I'd like a drink but think i maybe over thinking it. I'm also worried about possible affects from hotter weather.
