The places we have gone to have done such a wide range of foods that it would be easy to select lchf friendly foods. If that is what you need?

What star rating?

The only information on your profile is your age. We do not know your type of diabetes, possible medication, the way you manage your diabetes at home.
No possible way anyone could answer your question sensibly, unless they remembered details from earlier posts.

That said, I hope you'll have a wonderfull time without too much hassle from diabetes!

sorry type 2 on met 2×500 am and pm and glic1×80 am and pm....

4 star hotel.
Yes. You ought to find they serve up such a wide range of foods that you can find what you need. I couldn’t guarantee it, but my experience is that it would be the case, being 4 star and assuming it’s buffet style....

What's the part you worry about?
The food? If so, what do you normally eat and how does that compare to your holiday?
Is it the drinks? I'd practise that part cautionary before you leave, You've still got almost a month to find out how you react. Hint: eat some slower acting carbs before bed to prevent a low later in the night. Only practice will tell you what works for you on your current medication.
Is it an unusual amount of exercise (walking), a different climate, different times of getting up and sleeping? The travelling itself?
People worry about so many different things and it's not clear what your worries are.

Still, it sounds like a wonderful trip so have fun and keep some sweets and your meter in your pocket as you're on Glic, and tell your friends what to do if you act funny. You should be fine, even with some erratic numbers :)

tbh i think its going to be drinks...i haven't touched anything since march...i like my gin I'd like a drink but think i maybe over thinking it. I'm also worried about possible affects from hotter weather.

In that case I'd say practice the drinking so you'll know what to expect and test a lot :)

Check out diet doctor alcohol link. The visual aids are great. Have a fab time.

Remember it's a HOLIDAY......so if you fancy a G and T then go for it......life's too short

Zero carbs in gin:)
Diet tonic, lots of ice, remember Spanish measures are generous.
Have a glass of water between each alcoholic drink and stop before you fall over, or at least immediately after;).
For breakfast have a carajillo, kill or cure:D
Have a great time.
