This is a whole new board game to me!
Diagnosed a fortnight ago- late onset type 1
Swiftly followed by the following weekend in hospital for a salivary gland stone so only just now home and able to eat
Hope I can start to nail it!
I have only been on Levemir until today
First day on Novorapid so now just have to work out how much breakfast lunch and dinner the 4 units of Novorapid will get me lol!
For example- have a friend to lunch tomorrow
Wanted to do lamb chop roast potatoes beans and cabbage
How many roasties would be sensible
I should say I was already gluten and dairy intolerant before this!
Chefs nightmare lol!
