Allergies

have been trying the low carb program and became really ill. Have discovered that I have some kind of allergy to full fat yoghurt, butter, milk and high fat foods. So am having to go back to how I used to eat - low fat marg and no added sugar almond milk. While I followed the low carb diet I did lose weight so am really upset that I have to give it up. But am reallly sick of broccoli and cauliflower and I really hate salad!
 
Might be worth trying dairy products from other animals? I’m horribly allergic to cow’s milk, but can tolerate goat, sheep and buffalo dairy quite happily.

There’s still avocado, olives, nuts etc to keep your fats high x
