have been trying the low carb program and became really ill. Have discovered that I have some kind of allergy to full fat yoghurt, butter, milk and high fat foods. So am having to go back to how I used to eat - low fat marg and no added sugar almond milk. While I followed the low carb diet I did lose weight so am really upset that I have to give it up. But am reallly sick of broccoli and cauliflower and I really hate salad!
