ally1,s BS levels

not eating sweet things and cutting back on carbs, also cutting back on portion size
 
Hi Ally, not sure if you spend Christmas at your mums, just wanted to say you are doing amazingly well and to wish you a very Happy Christmas. Hope you have a fun time.

Those readings seem to be from 3 December, which was 4 weeks ago, so not sure why have been quoted and, personally, i feel it is unfair to use them particularly as Ally has been doing so well in reducing her numbers to the extent that the majority of them are now between 7 and 5.
 
Which was my point She has been killing them lately. That said, I'm sure Donnellys just hadn't caught up
 
@Mike D. Yes, I've caught up I was agreeing that it wasn't a recent reading and Ally has been doing so well.....it was @beardie. Not me that quoted past figures...
 
Wow Ally I have not dropped in on your thread for a while, been very busy. You are amazing, you have done such an awesome job.....good on you girl! You rightly deserve to be over the moon. The morning ones will get there soon enough. Very happy for you!!!
