Has anyone tried this for weight loss? I am using Atkins shakes and meal replacement bars at the moment but have heard that Alamsed is also a very good diet shake and good for the BS levels.

Has someone used this and what are your thoughts? thanks in advance.
 
We had a thread on this earlier in the week. If you do a SEARCH for Almased you should find several threads discussing it. :) I think I have probably chipped in on most of them, so apologies if you find me being repetitive. :D
