It goes a long way because of the ingredients, have a look at the recipes on the site - in my opinion it works out cheaper than the almond fourThank you.
Crikey I thought almond flour was expensive!
I'm a regular user of Panda Flour -there is also a recently added variation available for bread making - golden panda. This is a mix with no coconut flour and it makes a lighter low carb gluten free loaf as it doesn't require as much liquid to form a dough - coconut flour needs more water and bread can be denser. I now regularly make high protein low carb bread just adding egg whites, olive oil and water to the golden bread mix. I use standard panda flour for all my other bakes. It is expensive but low carb ingredients are and I used to waste a lot when experimenting whereas using panda flour and the free recipes on the site and watching a few videos I get good results.Great
Guess that is why it is called Panda Flour.Bamboo flour! ?
You never know until you've tried.Don’t fancy that
Lupin flour is okay but it can have a gritty texture and you may need another flour with it, bamboo? Not sure as its years since I have used itI have no experience of using it, but Lupin flour
