Hi all,
I started drinking this milk, in the hope that it would help replace lost electrolytes from low carb diet. Someone kindly recommended that to me.
Now, i realises that perhaps the coconut milk I should be having is the stuff you find in tins and not in the fridge in shops.
Does anyone know if this will help me? Or am I wasting my time?
I initially found the taste a bit weird but have grown to enjoy it. Then I realised it has rice in! Hasn’t affected my bg readings tho
Any help would be great
