Life is too short for dislikes.
Am I missing something? This is only 2.1g per 100g of carbohydrates. It is really nice too. Seems to good to be true?

I eat this too. But as well as low carb, it is also low fat. You need to check how it affects your BG numbers. I have a suspicion that it actually raises my BG more than a 3.8g carb, 9g fat Greek yoghurt, but haven't proved it yet.

I did look at this when it first came out.
In 100g, there is 2.3g fat, 2.1g carbs and 4.0g protein.
Those sort of ratios are not very ketogenic or LCHF so I decided not to bother. However, if you don't eat too much of it, it's unlikely to make a lot of difference...

I eat it most days for breakfast with cream and chia seeds which seems to work for me. Lunch readings always below BFG, though it's a better drop on days I've walked most of the way to work.
