Just got back from my brother-in-law’s house, after staying over the weekend. I use an Omnipod Dash and I could not bring my BGs below 17. I was sick, tired and had all the symptoms of an upcoming DKA. I swapped my pump and that didn’t fix it, so started to use my FlexPen that I brought with me

Thank God I did, as it brought my BGs down and I felt better. Obviously, my insulin vial had gone bad. Big lesson here, always take an insulin pen!

Hmm, dishonest people that pretty well sums it up in a nutshell!
Thanks for that reminder @SamJB - I had similar probs just on a day hike a few weeks ago - where my Medtronic 780G wasn't autocorrecting - and I went up into the same teen range as you. My muscles, everything, started to go bonky wonky, and pump was also Alarming with other issues. I wish I'd had that pen with me, because I had to cut the hike short (and the end of the hike was a plunge into a snow mountain fed pond - brrh - but it was a 30C day in North Vancouver).
