Always thirsty

Hi i am type 2 diabetic i have my blood sugars under control they are down to 47 from 95 i have been diabetic for 6 months but just lately i have been really thirsty like i was when i was dirt diagnosed is there reason for this?

Well, ask yourself, am I eating the wrong things? How are my home tests showing my BGs to be?

If everything is normal it is probably just that you need to drink more. If it is at night maybe you are snoring? Especially if you have lost weight your sleep patterns may have changed. Just some thoughts. I am often thirsty at night and my BGs are fine, I think I just do not drink enough during the day.
