Hey people I am always extremely fatigue, I work most days 4pm -12. Then I end up sleeping all day , always missing breakfast , and usually only eating like a banana for lunch, my bloods are usually 8-10. I'm
Also on 100mg lustral for anxiety , getting to the point I hate waking up having to go through this, I have been for a million tests, there is no underline medical problem . Plz help

At what time of the day do you test your blood glucose, how long after eating etc.

Have you been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes ?
