Alzheimer's connection

Very interesting.

When you start looking / searching the web there are loads more diseases that can be linked with highish blood sugars..... Cancer, heart attacks etc.

When you look at jenny Ruhl's 'normal' blood sugar levels chart it shows a peak of 6.8 around 1 to 2 hrs after a meal, then down to 4.4 within 4hrs.

I have read that as many as 75% of the population have high'ish BG levels.... Eg higher than jenny Ruhles and dr Bernstein 'normal' levels.

Maybe when the body has high BG levels something internal has to give..... Maybe we have been lucky in that our pancreas has given, maybe others suffer in different ways.... Cancer, heart attacks, liver / kidney diseases.

Lots of maybes.... But also lots of evidence.
