Am I doing something right?

So this morning I bought my Accu-Chek Aviva and tested my fasting level which was 7.7 mmol/L

I had scrambled egg (3 eggs) on 1 slice of toasted white bread (with pro-active spread)

I tested again 2 hours later and my level has dropped to 6.8 mmol/L

I'm not sure if this is a good thing as I'm still very new to this.

Hi AllanE I think that is very good, try swapping the white bread to Burgen or brown bread then test. Well done.

I have my first graph. Does anyone use any app to keep track?

Hi @AllanE,
Whatever you do please do not go into information overload as that will not help.
Read through the basic information that daisy1 gave you on your other thread and that will be a good start.
If you do not understand any of that then please ask questions.
Gradually introduce some more reading around the forum, ask questions, take your blood glucose readings and keep a food diary.
Remember that stress, lack of or too much exercise, other medical conditions and days when nothing seems to make sense with your readings all add to the mystery.
