Hello every one
I am a 54 y/o male, 96 kg, 168 cm, I went to the clinic to do the annual checkups , the HbA1c came 6.6(4.5-6.3 was the hba1c reference range), the doctor told me this is the prediabetes (he was not sure as my result 9 months ago was 5.3), then I became in doubt, now for a month, my sugar level was
1- Fasting sugar , minimum was 81, maximum was 118 , average was 101.
2- After meal (2 hrs.) minimum was 87, , maximum was 190 , average was 129.4.
Am I diabetic or pre diabetic?
