Am I the only one that has this symptom?

The best Google I could find was one that describes what happens after gastric bypass surgery. I know you have not had the op. But it describes the condition a lot better than I could.
The similarities between gastric dumping syndrome and RH are very similar, the symptoms and treatment. The site I read particularly advised very low carb and good fats.

Best wishes

Well? It looks like you all may be onto something here:
Dumping Syndrome: Causes of the Late Phase
The symptoms of this late phase may happen due to a rapid rise and fall in blood sugar levels.

I'm so glad you prompted me to look again - I had never seen that connection before!

That is the website I read!

Thanks so much everyone.... I love the support and information you are all providing and hope I can pay back the favor once I'm more knowledgeable on some of these topics.

I have run into gastric dumping a few times when I've done searches for my symptoms but for some reason the articles I've read didn't seem to apply to me. But apparently it's time to do it again and re-read ... I know the name certainly fits! :)

I don't think stress caused my BG crash the other day because I hadn't even made the plans for tomorrow as of yet. Actually I was having one of my best health days ever, until the jolting dizzy ...then it was all downhill from there. But yes, I'm sure the brain and gut are very closely connected.

I just looked up the fryer but what bothers me is it claims "low fat" cooking. I NEED THE FAT! Can I still get juicy, fatty meals out of it?

Thank you everyone, I cherish and relish each and every reply.

Chicken thighs are the fattiest part of the chicken, so I imagine much would depend what you put into it.

That said, I don't own an air fryer, so I'm just applying my own brand of logic, which could easily be flawed.

So.... the saga and mystery continues, and the plot thickens (feeling really angry and depressed right now but trying to keep a sense of humor). Usually when I make bacon and eggs on the weekend I am starving an hour later. Today I experimented by eating a lot less eggs and a lot more bacon. Didn't get hungry, had energy all day, felt great, great mood. Went 7 hours on that bacon and eggs and then hubby and I got hungry so we had dinner. All I ate was about 6 ounces of pork belly and 6 chicken wings. No vegetables, no nothing. Just fatty meat. 30 minutes later, stomach was rumbling, felt hungry, felt slightly anxious, got a mild headache, and a very stuffy head and nose. I have NO IDEA what I did wrong with my dinner. And the headache and stuffy nose is a new on to me but I had it all day yesterday, too, after my morning BG crash (if that's what it was).

I think I'm going to need to accept that my fate in this lifetime is to keep stumping the doctors and myself by continually developing new challenges to get through this life. But geez..... really? Can the Universe cut me a little slack? I've been battling issues since I was 6 years old.... time for a reprieve, please?
