Hi everyone I'm type 2 on metformin. I've recently started commuting to work by bicycle and have noticed a pungent smell of ammonia in my nose when showering after my journey into work and again when I get home. I've been told that this ketosis, but I'm not sure what that means to me as a diabetic. Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this? Thanks.
