Amount of carbohydrates to eat

Oh, I should make very clear here too, in regards to the thread subject on how many carbs one should be eating - your own insulin production, as in too much at least, bears a direct relationship to how many carbs you have been eating, over a long period of time, as in my own case, and yes to how many carbs is healthier for oneself now. (For me it is as low as I can go!)

Food itself has an insulin response. Carbs, especially it should be noted - over-refined carbs that we have in our typical diet now in such enormous amounts - make us hyper respond with insulin because of the high levels of glucose processed food and added sugar makes in us. (And I have just finished a book about lectins and how badly we do with them.) And for those with the body type that does not keep making new healthy fat cells but gets very sick cells that do all sorts of terrible things - well. Here we are.
