An alternative option to the NHS Eatwell Plate

Found this tonight and thought it was an excellent alternative to the highly recommended Eatwell Plate for any of us seriously needing to control our glucose levels:

I have had a look at the scouts eatwell plates and have found it to be very informative, I find pie charts difficult to understand and am wondering if the differing sections of the chart are available as percentages. Can you also please tell me

1) how much from each group I should be eating per day,
2) where can I buy the plate
4) how much are they
7) The writing on the plate appears to be in marker pen (I like the smell of marker pens)
9) Cant remember this question
8) Will the writing on the plate come off in the dish washer, as I haven't got one
10) maths aint my best subject

I have noticed that wihilst, eating from the plate, I am becoming very dehydrated, I can find no information as to , and if and what I should drink,

Due to the fact I am incontinent, ( that means I **** myself) I think I will have to stick to eating,

Peeing yourself in grey trousers can be a bit embarrassing, especially when the incontinence pads get a bit soaked, and slide down your trouser leg. The staff in Asda are not too understanding, but the pad does wipe a clean trail as I go up and down the isles. (I think I am saving the cleaners a job) I guess in future I will try shopping in Tesco.

Please note, I do not have these problems, when shopping on line. I have gone a little off track sorrrrrry.

Now back to the scout eatwell plates, I can not to find any cooking instructions, I have tried "Gargling" it but I am a little dislexic, and I cannot see the screen with my head tipped back. PS The mouthwash is making my keyboard *****. I have just had another thought, do I have to count the carbs in toothpaste, but I guess this doesnt apply to me as I use Sterident.

Do you think that eating this new diet will have any effect on my my BG levels. Will it sound better if I use different units of measurement,

I do not know what BG means but It sounds good., All these acronyms, I know what PG is mmmmmmmmm something to do with tea I think. Talking of tea, my pet cat has just died, no-one told me I had to feed it. I didnt have a spade, so thought I would recycle it. Talking about cycles, I am peddling as hard as I can but I think the chains broke, Everybody smiles when I tell them that, They say I am a sandwich short of a picnic. I like picnics but the nuts get stuck under my dentures

PS My friends say I am not as stupid as I look, so I guess I must be a Jason Staythem look alike.

My Psychiatrist says I am insane and wants to keep seeing me, so he must like me, so that must be ok,
I have to take

Effexor 375mg
Mirtazapine 45 mg noct
Priadel (that means Lithium) 400mg noct
Chlordiazepoxide PRN
Diazepam PRN
Ariprazole 5mg Noct
Nitrazepam 10mg noct
Incontinence Pads PRN (NB do not eat but wear)

Regards
