Anal fissure

Only in relation to severe constipation which can occur for many non diabetic reasons. The diabetic ones I can think of are dehydration following excessive urination or an adverse reaction to drugs like Metformin. Some heart meds and BP meds are also associated with constipation, and are also more commonly used by diabetics at increased risk. Diuretics too.

The odd one I have found is the -Gliflozin family of diabetic medications which are indeed associated with necrotising facillitis of the anal and scrotum area. This is an infection that can be triggered by an anal fissure, but not the other way around. So if you have one, get it treated quam celerime (i.e. ASAP). I have just stopped my dapagliflozin because I was suffering painful skin surface in that specific area. It was also causing severe and painful constipation. These symptoms have gone now since I stopped it.

I have a question does anal fissure has anything to do with diabetes?!

I'm struggling not to make any smart comments
But yeah probably only in relation to constipation. But, it's a big but (couldn't resist) diabetes could be retarding your ability to heal. If it persists you should deffo talk to your local support team or the GP, I expect it it could be a route for painful infection. Keep up with the Savlon!
