rush hour, my job, my future
Hi folks,
I've come here because the T2 isn't really my prob (I have that under control with diet and Met), neuropathy is my grief. The lethargy bit is getting worse too, sometimes I'm just 'floored'.
51 and suffering in silence for about 11 years, I'm looking for: a) help; b) a sympathetic ear but mainly, c) to relate with other sufferers. Talking about a problem with someone in the same place is a great help. I don't know anyone in my area (South Glasgow) who has it, my friends are very supportive but my work treat it as something I've made up.
Yeah! like I'd make up the pain, lethargy and having to cancel a social night out just 'cause I don't feel like it?

ageing (and balding) old trad Goth BTW - I like only Goth music from the early to mid 80s (Sisters, Bauhaus, Play Dead, FotN), wear predominantly black but have not piercings or tats.
Trad as I said!

Hi James.
Welcome to the forum. Have a good look around and if you have any questions just ask.

I know you state that your T2 is under control, then you mention Neuropathy and lethargy ? One of the major causes of both is high blood glucose levels. Do you know what your Bg levels are throughout the day ?

Ageing and not quite so balding, Blues fan and anything really, even some Goth.... :D

Fanx!

cugila, nice to know there's some life on here

stopped checking blood sugars as I got wildly differing results within 10mins.
Stress at work is my main port of call.

blues... hmmm

you suit yer baldness 'tho
