I have a few anniversaries at this time of the year.
May 2001, I gave up cigarettes!
May 2013, I was told by a dietician to go low carb!
April, 2014, hospital fasting test, a lot of conditions ruled out including diabetes!
May 2014, I was diagnosed with the condition 'Late Reactive Hypoglycaemia'
And stared on my journey on very low carb diet and in ketosis!
It's gone so fast!
Being in ketosis is sustainable!
