Hi All

Am pretty happy as my hba1c results are as follows
11.5 ->8.6 -> 6.4 -> 6.0
Blood pressure 138/65

Metformin dose reduced to 2 / day - possibly coming off them altogether if i maintain my progress by the next review in December

I'm not on any tablets but I know some people on here would rather stay on metformin for its other benefits, might be worth thinking about???????

For some tho' being tablet free is the more important thing.

I'm *really* in 2 minds about metformin

Part of me acknowledges the health benefits of this magic pill but If I'm totally honest there's a part of me that says

"If I'm not on any medication, I can't be diabetic - right ?"

I know this is farcical - but there you have it
