Well having maintained for over a week, I've finally lost a lb. yay!!!!!!! It was driving me demented as have been exercising every day as it's the Easter hols! Celebratory cartoon in order:

yess! well done :) are you taking your measurement also? all that exercise is bound to be building extra muscle

Andy, I don't think there's any danger of any muscle forming whatsoever - sadly! If those bingo wings wobble much quicker, I'm in danger of taking off!
