Hi Guys. Another newby to the forum. Finally found one that isnt too depressing!! Long term type 1 Diabetic - 47 years on insulin and only 48 years old!! Hope to chat with others, especially those that will understand my moans and groans!! :roll:

Hi Gazza.

Welcome to the forum. Have a good look around, particularly the T1 Diabetic area. I would imagine you know an awful lot about your Diabetes, however, if you do have any questions - just ask.

Apparently in two years time, when Ive been on insulin for 50, yes 50 years, I'll get a medal from the BDA!! See, I knew there must be at least one advantage to being diabetic!! HaHa
