Answer a question and ask a question....

I was 14 and on a Duke of Edinburgh's Award trek with some of the Silver girls... I was Bronze but had to go with them as they hadn't the numbers to organise a Bronze walk. We lived in Cyprus at the time. Anyway... came across a 'snake' and the older girls screamed and cowered. I didn't.. cos I knew it was a lizard!.... silly girls I thought. On a school trip from Holyhead in Wales to London I was left behind at a railway station! I calmly got the next train to St Paul's Cathedral and sat at the back listening to The Four Seasons.... stupid teacher didn't know I was left till he saw me at the back of the cathedral when they left!

Where have you lived that was out of the ordinary?
 
Navajo Reservation in Arizona. Just for a couple of months. No telephone,or cell service. Wood stove for heat, horno outside for baking, water tank had to be manually refilled. No fences-sheep and dogs roam around.
