Hi all i am type 1 36 years old but was diagnosed in july . I have just come back from a adventure weekend. The activities were doing adrenalin and fearfull stuff and i had a lot of anxity. My blood sugars were mainly in the 3s so i was constantly treating and no matter what i did they would not go above 6.7 since being home my sugars are back to normal so is the low sugars due to this

Quite possible your bg were running low due to the increased exercise if you were more active than normal, stress and anxiety usually results in higher bg numbers but there exceptions to the norm. Pleased your bg is back in normal range :)

Could be other things like changed diet or different temperatures. However my best guess is that's it down to exercise. I do find that lots of exercise can reduce my basal and bolus needs for a few days.

with good regular exercise and a moderate carb diet, my total daily dosage, basal included can be below 20 units. I'm typically working on a ratio of 20:1. With prolonged exercise it's even lower, so my bet would be that you were a lot more active, and more insulin sensitive as a result
