Any Bread with low carb

Hello All,

Is there any kind of bread or roti which is low in carb. I have curries for lunch and dinner and trying to find out with what I can accompany it.

Check your supermarket for Carbzone and Livlife low carb bread. But you could also try cauliflower rice with your curries?

I assume that if it is to accompany a curry then some sort of Chapatti or Naan bread is required rather than a sliced loaf, especially if you have to go to Australia to get it. I prefer cauliflower rice (I make a large batch once a week, 3-5 mins to grate the cauliflower, then stick it on the oven at 180 for 14-15 mins then microwave or fry to reheat.)
But maybe the fat head dough recipes for a pizza base might work? Again make up a batch and freeze them to save time.
