Any databases that have Omega-6 & Omega-3 info ?

i.e. for all foods. For example, I usually go to calorieking.com to get nutritional information for the foods I eat, but I now notice it does not contain info about omega-6 nor omega-3.

Neither do food labels. (In the USA at least.)

I heard heart attacks are caused due to inflammation due to the wrong ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. That an ideal ratio is 3 parts omega-6 to 1 part omega-3. And with all the processed foods, refined oils, hydrogenated oils, etc. that ratio often goes as high as 30:1 in some individuals -- which causes the inflammation and heart attacks.
