Any good cookbook recommendations?

Seeing as i'm going to uni soon i've been attempting to learn how to cook, so though it might be handy to have a cookbook that can teach me some good low-carb meals, preferably ones that are affordable and easy :)
Does anyone have any books that they recommend? Cheers
