Any ladies here find the pill hinders their weight loss?

With having pcos, possible fibroids, and insulin resistance...weight loss is hard. I did it years ago...pre birth control. Was put on birth control since then, and find it harder now to lose weight. I don't know for sure if the combined pill makes it harder to lose, but I'm just wondering if it is another barrier I face to losing weight easily

I never had a problem with losing the weight when on the pill many moons ago it was when I hit the menopause that I struggled massively till I went lower carb

having pcos and fibroids might be the main one for struggling to be honest as a friend had that and ended up with a partial hysterectomy as it was really bad.

Yes, back in my 20s I was slim until I took the pill.
