Any recommended supplements?

I was ordering some zinc for a boost in testosterone/libido and saw that type 1's happen to be deficient in zinc

Got me thinking. What else are we deficient in and what other supplements could help with general quality of life?

It's gotta be said I've never been told I'm deficient in zinc (admittedly maybe they just don't test for it in general), and I've had T1 for 40ish years already
