Hi everyone. I’ve been living with diabetes for a while now and still trying to find the right balance between diet, activity, and supplements. It’s not easy. Could you share what supplements have helped you manage blood sugar? Any advice is welcome. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum @HonLock231 . You have stated you have Type 1 diabetes in your profile , is this a typo and you meant Type 2 ? If it’s not a typo are you a late diet controlled LADA (T1) not yet on insulin? The difference between the two types of diabetes would likely change the responses you get from members.

As a T1 I supplement the insulin my body refuses to produce.
Other than that, I usually choose low carb foods because I find it easier to correctly dose for those.
