Yeah that's why I've changed @robert72, it was taking 2 hours for novo rapid to kick in and it's getting down to that fine tuning now.
I'm not overly concerned just wanted to ask and get opinions thanks Anna

This is something I'm considering too. I often spike into the teens at the 2 hr mark but since Novorapid is slow acting ish (in comparison to others) I'm actually back in range at the 4 he point. I'm getting sick of it!

That's odd that the novorapid was only kicking in after 2 hours :O sounds stupid but didn't know what other quick acting insulin there was!!Yeah that's why I've changed @robert72, it was taking 2 hours for novo rapid to kick in and it's getting down to that fine tuning now.

Good Luck though!x
It's always been the way. Been on novo for 15+ years and been telling them this for 6+ years. No one cared or took notice. Humalog is the bomb. Seriously impressed.

That's interesting, looks like it has a quicker peak, but is it also quicker overall?
I'm on NR and can find with certain foods that it misses the peak adn then I go lower thna intended later. bread in particular needs me to dose a good 10-15 minutes early.
It woudl also be interesting to see how that works in terms of reducing the time needed between a bolus and exercise.
I'd always though NR to be one ot the most rapid acting/
