I've tried, I really have. Months and months this time - on my fitnesspal, logging everything I eat every day. I dont eat much at all, very low appetite, consistently around 600/700 calories and under 60 carbs at most. I haven't lost an ounce. What do I do next? So bloody fed up with this. Background - poor mobility due to arthritis and ME/CFS, picky eater at the best of times, food is def not my friend these days.
