Anyone had microvascular 3rd nerve palsy ?

Hi folks,
Just been diagnosed with microvascular 3rd nerve palsy, was told it could be days to weeks before it clears up. Right now its been a little over a week and it's driving me mad! Has anyone else suffered from it and if so how long did it take for it to clear up? (hopefully if it did clear up for you!) So far I haven't had a follow up appointment so i'm very much in the dark about it. Will i still be able to drive, will these intermittent headaches stop happening now and then etc. all advice would be appreciated!

Hello Keiron.. I just had the same issue and its been 2 weeks and its driving me crazy. did you recover? and how long did it took youplease let me know.
