Type 1 Anyone have this experience?!..

If anyone can give me any comfort on what this is, id be happy... Occasionally i will wake up with a really weird 'pain' which feels like its at the back of my under neck.. What happens is i generate lots and lots of sylivia, mouthfulls i have to spit out. The 'pain' is like a heartburn type feeling... This does happen occasionally, the only pattern that seems to relate is perhaps when i am higher than usual?.. Please comment people , i dont wana hear im dying and stuff like that , i worry enough thanks !!

it could be from what you are telling me reflux has many disguises, my doctor suggested a piece of wood under the head board about 1 1/2 inches. or 5 cm

Have just woken up with it again i looked up acid reflux and it sure looks like what im experiencing, thank u ! Very glad u replied as i now know, i will try that also, people seem to say it works online !
