SW still does red and green days but they now also have an "extra easy" plan that relies on free and superfree foods. Low carbs etc. can be built in but it mainly covers veg and fruit (to suit you). As bread and potatoes are neither free nor superfree most of the time the majority of meals can be planned quite easily. The weight loss is ongoing. After 2 years you can lose your way a little but my health is too important and I never miss a week at group. Good luck and ask in group; your SW consultant should help.
