yes,i have read the book & i sent it back to amazon.
what he said has been said before.
he just says too keep of starches like potatoes,rice,pasta,corn chip,bread,flour.
he says that sugar isn't the enemy & that you can have chocolate & sweets as we tend not to eat as much as we do in potatoes etc....
what he is saying that to stay away from the starches as we eat them in large amounts but we can have sugar as we tend to eat them in smaller amount's.
the book is ok but not what i was looking for.
i wouldn't really class it as a low carb book as you can have sugar,milk,fruit.i would class it as a moderate carb diet.
