not going ND but thinking of combining 2 exante shake / bar meals a day with 1 proper v low carb meal
The shakes look to be around 200 cals 17g carbs apiece so Id be looking to add a 4-500 cal keto compliant meal to come in under 40g carbs for the day

No, I've not tried them (not actually ever heard of them!), but a quick google shows them to be a meal replacement diet. Is that about right. I found this:

Nutritional Information Per 100g Per 50g Serving Per Day 150g % RDA energy kcal 400 200 energy KJ 1676 838 Protein g 27.6 13.8 Carbohydrate g 38.6/ 19.3 of which sugars g 28.6 /14.3 Fat g 13.4 6.7 Of which are saturates g 6.1 3.1 Linoleic acid g 3.549 1.774 fibre g 6.8 3.4 Sodium mg 548 274 822 Potassium mg 2186 1093 3279 164 Calcium mg 660 330 990 124 Magnesium mg 275 137.5 412.5 110 Phosphorus mg 574 287 861 123 Chloride mg 685 342.5 1027.5 129

It's a table which doesn't copy and paste well but I've bolded the relevant carbs. For me, 60-odd grammes of carbs ison the high side. I wonder whether there is enough substance in two shakes and one meal to fuel your day?

Thanks for looking it up
The carbs per shake for the one youve copied looks to be 19.3g the one i looked up was 17-4 so 34-38g per 2 shakes.
Im thinking 2 shakes for 400 cals and one vlow carb meal of 400-500 cal to fit a planned 40-45g carbs and 800-900 cals for 6-8 wks

Hi
I am using "Astral Nutrition" which average 100 calories per shake when made with water.
They have everything you need nutrition-wise and supplements are not required
They expand in your stomach yo give you that fuller feeling

May be worth checking them out
I have a 15% discount code that they have just sent me and say I can pass on to other people to use.
I ordered enough for the 8 week diet
Let me know

Thanks for the info - they look like a good bet
I tried a small oder of exante thru amazon and they seem to work well, ordered a load more from the exante site this morning as theyve got a 50% off bank holiday offer ( mind you call me cynical, but I bet itll then become some other 50% off special offer - clever marketing)
Im using 2 shakes a day and 1 v low carb meal of up to 400ish cals and up to10g carbs to keep everything below 800 cal and 45g carbs a day So far sugars have all been within target (lowest has been 4.7 highest 8.4) and Ive halved my Glic as the lowest one was before bed so had to eat something more - still early days

Having used them for a week or so, I thought I'd post my impressions in case others are looking for shake options
Overall a mixed bag with some v good points and some not v good
bad points
- had problems with orders - missing items and incorrect billing
- the bars are unpleasant and sent my sugars too high
- a few of the shake flavaours ( of which there are loads to choose from) werent nice - chalky and oversweet
- some shakes gave a slightly higher rise than Id ideally like but not massive and pretty short lived - back to ok level within 2.5 hrs and close enough to my target range to make them worth it short term
Good points
- lost 4llb using 1-2 shakes a day and 'normal' food for the other meals
-customer srvices were responsive and sorted order problems out after a few e mail exchanges
- most shakes are pleasant and dont cause big spikes
- blood sugars throughout have been betwen 4.4 and 9.2
- when on offer, the price is good (66-75p per shake)
