Anyone use inhaled insulin?

I vaguely remember reading about that a few years ago. I read about lipohypertrophy here and that sounds like a bad thing to have. I had thought that disappeared with the advent of synthetic/human insulin analogues, but I guess it still exists in some people. But inhaled might be a potential solution right?
 
I did a search on Afrezza and there was a thread. Sounds like it's not available in the UK sorry.
