App for calculating carbs?

Hello again a big thank you for the wonderful forum. I read somewhere here there is an app to calculate nutrition /carbs. Please advise as I would like to go really low to see if it makes a difference.

There are a few things you can use, one being my fitness pal, although if on insulin I wouldn't recommend believing everything you see on there as they have quite a lot of carb values listed wrong x
